    José Antonio Miquel Silvestre (Denia, 1968) has a degree in law and has earned a living registering property, but also impossible realities and probable fictions. Despite being an outsider by vocation, from any literary circle or ideological school, he has published the novels Mariposas en el cuarto oscuro (Butterflies in the Darkroom, Ediciones Barataria 2003), La dama ciega (The Blind Lady, Ediciones Barataria 2004) and Spanya SA (Ediciones Barataria 2008) and the story collection Dinamo estrellada (Smashed Dynamo, Ediciones Barataria 2004).

    Born in Salamanca in 1955, he holds a diploma in Education, a BA in Geography and History and a PhD in Medieval History from the University of Salamanca, where he currently works as a teacher. Author of lectures and prsentations such as “La batalla de la Valmuza” (2002), he is also the author of several history books. The most recently-published ones are “Salamanca y su alfoz en la edad media (Siglos XII y XIII)” (2003) y “Los señores del azogue. Un viaje a la salamanca medieval de finales del siglo XIII” (2oo7).

    Monia Presta was born in Italy in 1977 and now lives in Catalonia. She is a psychologist, actress and art therapist and pioneered the introduction of dramatherapy in Spain. She is head of postgraduate dramatherapy studies at the Instituto Superior de Estudios Psicológicos, Barcelona, combining her profession with her love of theatre. She leads seminars in Spain and Italy and is a regular contributor to the RNE radio programme Cel obert in addition to other organs of the media. She also specialises in sex and relationship therapy.
