Mi historia

This story is about a little girl in a wheelchair and a cat who was rescued from the street. Each has their own reasons to be scared to leave the house. But by not going out, they feel like they are cut off from the rest of the world, watching life go by through their window. Every night, the little girl makes up stories, but they feel like other people's stories, because the girl and her cat are too afraid. But one day at the window, they watch a snail struggling to climb a plant pot, and without thinking they go out into the garden to help it, the cat and the girl. And suddenly they realise that nothing scary has happened. From then on, the stories the little girls tells her cat at night are stories about them. We all put up barriers that stop us achieving our dreams and telling our own stories.
