My name is José Carlos Sánchez and I was born on 27th August 1976 in Madrid. I studied law before doing a master's and postgraduate degree in sports management and sports law. But that's not what we're interested in here, is it? I have been passionate about words since I have understood reason, I've always loved to read and since I was little that has shown itself in my love of writing stories. When I was old enough for school, these stories became little theatre performances for stage, which I would perform with my friends for the class. I can't deny they saved us from many blackboard tasks. The initials with which I sign my writing may not tell you much, except you might recognise the initials of a new King for Spain in the Transition during the seventies, when Juan Carlos was a name we saw everywhere.
