José Antonio Luengo Latorre

Psychologist for the Madrid local government's Anti-bullying in schools team, teacher, secretary to the governing board of the Colegio Oficial de Psicólogos de Madrid, professor at the Universidad Camilo José Cela and member of the advisory council for the chair in 'Law and Minors' at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas. He has a degree in psychology from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, specialising in educational psychology and is an expert in early treatment and intervention in struggling schools. He is a technical advisor on teaching on the Council of Education and Research and an active member of the Cuerpo de Profesores de Enseñanza Secundaria. He has been a member of the Defensor del Menor en la Comunidad de Madrid and undertaken the roles of technical assessor, secretary general and head of the technical board.
