Anabel Botella

Anabel Botella was born in 1970 in Cartagena although she considers herself to be from Ágilas (Murcia). She has always been fascinated by literature and has had a book in her hand for as long as she can remember. She presently combines her passion for writing with her work as an actor in the Serpentina company. She is the author of the novels Ángeles desterrados (Exiled Angels) and Como desees (As You Please; II Elias prize for romantic youth novels) and administers the literary blog La ventana de los libros (The book window). She was also awarded the Fundación Carolina Torres Palero literary prize in 2013. She lives with her partner and son in Valencia.
